Darwin would be turning in his grave

By ferret of Conservative Life:

Prominently featured on the front page of yesterday's National Post is the question...

Is this what we'll look like by the year 3000?

The pictures accompanying the question were of Beyonce (she sings apparently) and The Rock (he acts apparently). Researchers at the Darwin Research Centre at the London School of Economics predict that, in the year 3000, human beings will average 6'6" and age for 120 years. Men will look like this...

Okay, so that isn't the best picture of "The Rock". I take issue with the conclusions drawn by the Darwin Research Centre. In the words of Harvey Danger, vis-a-vis the song "Flagpole Sitta", only stupid people are breeding (and apparently he has been around the world). It is true. Birthrates in both Africa and trailor parks are significantly higher than in France and San Fransisco. I believe, thanks in part to the welfare state, we are going through an accelerated period of devolution. In the year 3000, men will more closely resemble "Bubbles" than "The Rock"...

And women will more closely resemble Britney Spears than Beyonce...
