- Don’t hesitate to use professor office hours.
- Go to class.
- Don’t procrastinate.
- Don’t cram.
- Get 7-8 hours of sleep.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Exercise 3 to 4 times a week.
- Spend time in prayer and reading the Bible.
